- 5+ years of progressive, broad-based project experience.
- 3+ years leading projects or teams.
- Proficiency with MS Project, MS Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple competing priorities within and across multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to work within a matrix management organization.
- Ability to work designated schedule.
Nice to have
- PMI Project Management Certification.
- Experience working in human resources.
