About the role
- Are you a motivated, curious, and energetic individual with a passion for finance?
- In this role, you'll gain exposure to full-cycle accounting, working across: General Accounting, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- You'll report directly to the Finance Manager while collaborating with other finance leaders, giving you great visibility and learning opportunities across the team.
Responsibilities

- You'll support both clerical and professional finance activities, making a real impact while developing practical skills that go beyond the classroom.
- Manage and maintain clerical administrative tasks including voucher entry/support and administrative maintenance.
- Maintain data integrity in vendor maintenance in P21 (Vendor Data Maintenance and ACH/other reconciliation).
Requirements
- Basic experience with Microsoft suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Intermediate Excel experience required.
- Performs any other duties, as assigned or required.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Excellent administrative skills; excellent attention to detail.
