Responsibilities
- Oversee all experiential production projects across the client portfolio in partnership with the department's leads
- Establish and implement production standards, processes, and best practices.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing production team.
- As a Director, you lead the experiential production function, setting standards, building teams, and ensuring best-in-class delivery across all projects.
- Partner with account, strategy, and creative on integrated campaigns.
- Support business development and pitch opportunities.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in experiential or integrated production.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, logistics, and show production.
- You are business minded and balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in major campaigns, ensuring production is fully integrated into the creative process and agency output.
Compensation
- The monthly pay range for this position is $12,000 - 13,500.
