PRECONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR PAY RANGE; $50,000 - $75,000, based upon experience.
THE COMPANY: Intrinsic Development is a full service real estate development company that specializes in upscale multi-family and commercial mixed-use developments.
Our organization has built more than 3.5 million square feet of projects, with an additional 300,000 square feet currently under construction.

Coordinate the distribution and printing of plans and specifications; create binders and labels; file estimates; and schedule project and MEP meetings, including taking meeting minutes.
Maintain and expand the subcontractor database; ensure subcontractor prequalification data is current and complete.
Attend project setup meetings and create project startup kits.
Perform accurate take-offs and identify requirements for estimates.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with project management software.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey instructions clearly and effectively.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications, with a mental capacity for spatial comprehension.
PREFERRED; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management or Engineering; or years of equivalent experience.
PREFERRED; Estimating experience in the commercial/multifamily construction industry
Professional demeanor, with a neat and well-groomed appearance.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee and financial information.

This expansion coincides with the launch of our new 260+ acre mixed-use development, which will feature approximately 2,900 luxury multi-family units, as well as over 660,000 square feet of retail, office, entertainment, hospitality space, and other related commercial uses.

PRECONSTRUCTION COORINATOR POSITION: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Preconstruction Coordinator to join our team in our Lee's Summit, Missouri office.
This role is pivotal to our preconstruction process, acting as the backbone of coordination and support for our preconstruction department.
You will be responsible for managing the flow of information and ensuring all preconstruction tasks are executed efficiently.
On a day-to-day basis, you will handle tasks such as organizing project plans, managing bid solicitation processes, and maintaining key subcontractor databases.
You will also act as a central point of communication between internal teams and external subcontractors, ensuring bids are complete and projects are set up for success.
