- This role is open to candidates across experience levels.
Responsibilities
- About the Role You will perform precision TIG and laser welding operations on small-scale, tight-tolerance assemblies including Kovar, stainless steel, copper, and dissimilar metal joints.
- Much of this work supports UHV hermetic sealing - meaning leak integrity and weld quality are primary, and there are no cosmetic excuses for a structurally compromised joint.

- What matters most is precision, process discipline, and the ability to execute consistently on difficult welds.
