Responsibilities

  • Coordinate & lead technical design team within one or more programs while working in a multi-disciplinary, multi-site environment
  • Understand priorities to develop and communicate action plans internally and externally
  • Design, build and test prototypes to characterize performance
  • Work with Nemera's injection molding tooling experts to successfully implement DFM and DFA into detailed designs ready for high-volume manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead technical teams.
  • Ability to network across the organization to support activities across multiple sites

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 7+ years of product development experience
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, etc.)
  • Proficiency in CAD software, Solid Works and other relevant engineering tools
  • Experience with managing all technical aspects of device development
  • Experience with high volume production, injection molding and automation

Skills

  • Experience working in a consulting environment
  • Familiar with the basics of electronics and software

Compensation

  • $135,000 USD to $165,000 USD Salaried (This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
