Responsibilities

  • As an Associate, you'll work on a range of projects to build up your skills including supporting entry into new markets, providing due diligence and other transaction-related services to clients looking to grow via acquisition, and assessing and improving profitability.
  • Completing an expedited week-long 'Alpha Training Programme' including modules on specific tools (e.g. PowerPoint design and Excel), processes and soft skills used regularly in consulting
  • Documenting requirements and building financial models to support analysis and decision making

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach problems in a structured way
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently
  • Be willing to travel as needed for client engagements, workshops, and team events (significant travel is not typically required)
  • This opportunity is open to undergraduate and non-MBA master's students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
