Responsibilities
- To maintain our role as a global leader in compression solutions, we continually seek talented and ambitious assemblers to work in our facilities.

Requirements
- If you are an ASSEMBLER looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you!
- Use measuring devices, operate electro-mechanical assembly and testing equipment, and tools to assure product is manufactured to the required specifications.
Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have coordination and manual dexterity to work with fine movements.
- Experience using inspection gauges (ex.
- Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, Depth gage, bore gage, height gage, pin gage, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex drawings/specifications.
- Knowledge of quality control measures and procedures.
- Must be a proactive problem solver, willing to learn and accept challenges.
- Must have personal computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs, etc.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and push or pull parts or containers on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
