- Background Check Required
- We are looking for individuals with a background in maintenance and experience in the following areas.
- Drywall Repair
- Reinstalling Tubs and Surrounds
- Subfloor repairs
- Repair/Replace Window Frames
- Wood Fence Repairs
- Deck Repairs
- Painting Ie. Walls, Trim, Ceilings, Cabinets, etc.
- Laminate / Vinyl Plank Flooring Installation
- Minor Plumbing, Ie. Faucet replacement, minor leak repair, shower cartridge replacement, etc.
Company info
- Schedule work with Residents, Submit Hours, Add Notes on Repairs, Add Before and After Pictures of work completed
- Working closely with the in-office Maintenance team
