About the role
- The position also helps ensure the sales centre, model homes, and customer-facing materials are professional, accurate, and aligned with company standards.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Respond to general customer inquiries Create and maintain purchaser files.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and assist with customer follow-up activities.
- Maintain model home and sales centre presentation standards.
- Maintain purchaser records.
- Support document execution and filing.
- Maintain accurate purchaser records.
- Support FINTRAC and compliance requirements.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with purchasers, sales representatives, and internal departments.
Skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and administrative skills.
Compensation
