About the role

The position also helps ensure the sales centre, model homes, and customer-facing materials are professional, accurate, and aligned with company standards.
Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Respond to general customer inquiries Create and maintain purchaser files.
Maintain regular communication with prospects and assist with customer follow-up activities.
Maintain model home and sales centre presentation standards.
Maintain purchaser records.
Support document execution and filing.
Maintain accurate purchaser records.
Support FINTRAC and compliance requirements.
Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting requirements.

Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with purchasers, sales representatives, and internal departments.

Skills

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and administrative skills.

Compensation

The posted salary range represents the expected total annual compensation, including base salary, commission, and bonus.
