Act as a strategic thought partner to hiring leaders, bringing recruiting analytics and competitive intelligence to shape organizational growth.

As a Talent Business Partner you will directly impact the growth of the company and support our scaling efforts.

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with depth in technical domains (Engineering, ML, etc).
A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity and innovation.
A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy.
