Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage, and control budget.
- Oversee staffing, interviews, and performance appraisals, and create an atmosphere and conditions that are conducive to and foster motivation of employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, Business or Related Field - Required
- Master's Degree Healthcare Administration (Business) - Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) active license - Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
- 4 years Physician Office Management/Healthcare Management - Preferred
- Up to 20%

- Manage a busy Cardiology Practice and provide oversight for the daily operations and implementation of strategic and operational plans for site location(s).
