About the role

  • The Temp Student Worker (Culinary/NICHE) will assist in the culinary program, supporting both faculty and students in a variety of task-related activities.
  • This role is essential in fostering a collaborative and effective learning environment in the kitchen and classroom.
  • The position is open for WSU Tech students only, and it provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the culinary arts while supporting the academic community.

Responsibilities

  • Our experienced faculty and staff are committed to helping students achieve their goals by providing hands-on experience, state-of-the-art facilities, and individualized support and guidance.
  • Providing support to students during hands-on culinary training and activities.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student at WSU Tech, required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge and skills in culinary techniques and food preparation, preferred.
  • Experience in a kitchen or culinary setting is a plus, preferred.
