Lead and perform the unloading of rail cars and tank trucks of raw materials.
Consistently treat other team members with respect, and constantly help to build and maintain an inclusive environment for all site employees.
Perform minor repairs of equipment.
Maintain qualification in assigned areas and complete training goals in a timely manner.

This is required in order to operate yard trucks.
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
A clear focus on safety, including participation in safety programs, training, and the ability to identify and report near-miss incidents.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining equipment, with an understanding of the fundamentals of physical chemistry.
The ability to work effectively in a team environment, often setting priorities and completing work activities with minimal supervision.
Ability to work outside in different weather scenarios.

Logistics experience, including with hazardous materials.
Control system experience (e.g. Siemens, DeltaV, etc.).
Aspen Process Explorer experience.
Fork truck or forklift certification.
Mechanical, maintenance experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel.
Experience working within and leading teams.
Experience with proactive identification, prioritization, and execution of multiple tasks.

Troubleshooting Skills: Strong skills in identifying and resolving issues with technical equipment and processes.
Mechanical Aptitude: Proficiency in operating and maintaining equipment, with an understanding of the fundamentals of physical chemistry.
