About the role
- You will architect complex, enterprise level contact center solutions and be the subject matter expert across business and technology stakeholders.
- Define architectures and best practices for client engagements.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3 or more years experience with Amazon Connect
- Experience with contact center concepts (IVR, ACD, routing, CTI, WFM, reporting).
- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
- Experience with integration patterns (REST APIs, event-driven architecture).
- 8 or more years working as a CCaaS Solution Architect, Technical Architect or Technical Lead
- Hands-on enterprise implementation experience with Amazon Connect (multiple deployments preferred).
- Experience migrating from CXone (preferred), Genesys Cloud, or other CCaaS platforms.
Nice to have
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional ).
- Experience with AI/automation (Amazon Lex, chatbots, voice bots).
- Experience with analytics and reporting platforms for contact centers.

Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $165,000 - $195,000 per annum.
