Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test web applications in global cloud infrastructure as a service environment
- Design, develop, and verify software products, in an agile environment
- Create and document all aspects of the software engineering processes for products under development, incorporating the highest quality standards, cost effectiveness, and measurable efficiency
- Support the test automation strategy and implementation
- Keep abreast of technical and industry trends related to software design and development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 2 years relevant experience OR a PhD
- Meet all project milestones and deliverables, as required by the project leadership
Nice to have
- Strong working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Kotlin
- Coding experience through school projects, internship or work experience
- Knowledgeable in several web frameworks- Spring, JPA, Hibernate, Angular, RxJS
- Messaging. knowledge of messaging and streaming solutions like ActiveMQ, Amazon SQS, and Kafka
- Database. experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data modeling
- Understanding of Systems Engineering
- Understanding of multitenant/multi-user paradigms
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
