About the role
- The Level 1 Provider operates under the supervision of a case-managing BCBA and does not practice independently.
- Note: If a Level 1 RBT Specialist has 3 consecutive weeks billing less than 32 cumulative treatment hours, they will be at risk of termination.
Responsibilities
- This role blends direct clinical service delivery, training and mentorship, and administrative support to ensure teammate development, treatment fidelity, and clinic success.

- Prepare all required training materials prior to teammate onboarding
