About the role
- Signalink is looking to hire a Drafter who will work with a diverse team comprised of engineering, logistics and aircraft professionals.

Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models in support of aircraft system design, integration, modification, and sustainment efforts.
- Support the development and review of technical data packages (TDPs), including drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), interface control documents (ICDs), and modeling documentation.
- Incorporate engineering change proposals (ECPs) and revisions into existing drawings; maintain version control and accuracy across all documentation.
- Assist with modeling and visualization of aircraft components, systems, and structural modifications, contributing to design reviews and engineering analyses.
Requirements
- 5-12 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or aerospace drafting/design-preferably supporting DoD or aviation programs
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or similar modeling/design software
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Familiarity with Army or DoD technical manuals, drawing standards, and TDP requirements
- Ability to interpret engineering data, schematics, performance specs, and 3D technical concepts to produce accurate 2D illustrations
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, team-oriented environment
Nice to have
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- associate degree or technical drafting certificate preferred
