Requirements

  • Mentor and guide QA/UAT team members by sharing expertise, reviewing testing artifacts, and reinforcing standards and best practices.
  • 5+ years of software application, QA/UAT, or closely related experience, with increasing responsibility for complex or high‑risk initiatives.
  • Experience level (stated) 5+ years of QA/UAT or related experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in software testing/UAT coordination/QA analysis.
  • Apply QA/UAT best practices to design and execute test plans and test cases, manage defects, and communicate testing status and risk in support of timely, high‑quality releases. Demonstrate strong understanding of the software development life cycle, with the ability to adapt testing approaches to waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery models. Use test management and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Test Lodge) to document testing efforts, track defects, analyze trends, and support data‑driven release decisions. Independently assess scope, complexity, and risk for assigned initiatives and adjust testing strategy accordingly. Identify testing gaps and quality risks early, escalating issues with clear recommendations to limit downstream impacts. Leverage advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills to analyze data, summarize results, and produce clear, consumable reporting for stakeholders. Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences, translating testing results into actionable insights and recommendations. Demonstrate senior‑level interpersonal and facilitation skills to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and release readiness.
