Responsibilities
- Maintain compensation data integrity and reporting
- Support LTIP reporting, forecasting, and executive-level analysis
- Maintain other compensation program tracking and payout reporting
- Deliver accurate and actionable workforce insights
- Build scalable reporting and analytics capabilities
- Serve as a trusted analytical partner to People, Finance, and business leaders
Compensation
- Support compensation planning, job architecture, leveling, and salary structure administration
- Support annual compensation review processes and pay equity analysis
