Responsibilities

  • ⦁ Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
  • ⦁ Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
  • ⦁ Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
  • ⦁ Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects
  • ⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
  • We also empower the business with agile digital at scale to deliver unprecedented levels of performance and customer delight.

Requirements

  • ⦁ The ability to handle end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
  • ⦁ The ability to work with cross-functional teams and do software integration.

  • Experience in in building and supporting Web Development. Working in a software product development organization building modern and scalable web applications.
  • Strong knowledge in Java/J2EE Technologies with in-depth knowledge on Spring frameworks such as Spring Boot with micro-services, Spring-Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data, JPA and Hibernate.
  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and integrating microservices using REST APIs and asynchronous messaging (e.g., Kafka)
  • Experience in DB SQL/NoSQL.
  • Experience in Generative AI - Prompt Engineering, Vibe Coding / AI-Assisted Development, including frameworks such as MCP, A2A, etc.
  • High level knowledge on CI/CD
  • High level knowledge on enterprise app deployment using CI/CD
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to independently learn new technologies.
  • Passionate, team player and fast leaner.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
