Safety and Compliance: Proof of a valid CA driver's license, personal transportation, a good driving record, and auto insurance as required by state law.

At least 2 years of experience caring for medically complex or older adult populations preferred, with strong clinical acumen in managing complex interventions.
Active, unrestricted RN license in California.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
BSN strongly preferred.
Proof of current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
Alzheimer's certification is a plus but not required.
Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, enabling meaningful communication with diverse participants.
Proven Expertise: At least 2 years of experience caring for medically complex or older adult populations preferred, with strong clinical acumen in managing complex interventions.

Demonstrated experience in wound care, IV therapy, phlebotomy, and colostomy/ileostomy care, among other clinical procedures.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Thrives in multiple clinical settings, including homes, day centers, and long-term care facilities.
Hands-On Clinical
Specialized Training: Alzheimer's certification is a plus but not required.
Bilingual Abilities: Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, enabling meaningful communication with diverse participants.
BILINGUAL- English/Spanish preferred.
