About the role

- The impact you'll make in this role As an Assistant Operator, you'll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.
Responsibilities
- Adjusting to new demands, products, and plant priorities to support business interests
- While we continue updating the Solventum Careers Page and applicant materials, some documents may still reflect legacy branding.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role
- Experience working within an industrial manufacturing facility
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Travel: Not required for this position
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
- Must reside near/in Morden MB or planning to relocate to Morden MB in the near future
- Flexibility for shift rotations
- Possess mechanical & troubleshooting skills
- Post-secondary education
