Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process for Institutional business opportunities across The Princeton Review and Tutor.com.
- Build strong relationships across departments to facilitate efficient information gathering and knowledge sharing.
- Manage multiple concurrent proposals while maintaining exceptional quality standards and attention to detail.
- Maintain version control, document management, and proposal governance throughout the proposal lifecycle.
- Support and continuously improve proposal development workflows, including kickoffs, reviews, approvals, and submission processes.
- Maintain and expand centralized repositories of proposal content, supporting documentation, templates, and best practices.
Requirements
- You have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of proposal writing experience in a B2B environment.
- You have demonstrated success managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and aggressive deadlines.
- You are highly organized and capable of balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- You are self-motivated, accountable, and capable of independently driving projects from kickoff through completion.
- You are a creative problem solver with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- You have experience managing proposal content libraries, knowledge bases, or response repositories.
- You are a systems and process-oriented thinker who seeks opportunities for continuous improvement.
Nice to have
- You are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- experience with proposal management software is a plus.
