About the role

  • Minimise equipment downtime and improve equipment availability by being accountable for delivering and reducing machine turnaround time.
  • Ensure team consistently sets site quality best practices by demonstrating zero defect behaviour, continually challenging and raising Quality standards.
  • Ensure that all interactions and engagements are carried out with the highest ethical and professional standards and that all work is accomplished with quality and in accordance with Catalent values.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend improvements to the batch manufacturing process, SOP's to increase process efficiency and effectiveness and maintain 5S and continuous improvement activities.
  • The process technician will mentor trainee technicians in areas where support is needed and assist other process technicians and lead technicians in maintaining production schedule via providing support in areas they are trained in.

Requirements

  • Carry out specific targeted training as required, and ensure Compliance Wire training requirements are carried out within specified due dates
  • Ability to work independently, as required and complete daily activities and work cooperatively in teams, communicates clearly and has effective listening skills.
  • Good standard of oral and written English and ability to follow written instructions.

Nice to have

  • 2 years or more of experience in manufacturing environment is preferred, GMP work experience preferred, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Skills

  • Good math skills and Capable of operating related computer applications.

Compensation

  • The start hourly rate for this position is $26.93/Hr.
