Responsibilities
- Overview LMI is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead to support the delivery of next-generation software capabilities for U.S. Army modernization initiatives.

- As the Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the operational excellence that enables engineering teams to rapidly deliver secure, mission-ready software.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience supporting program, project, or business operations within complex government or defense programs.
- Experience supporting software development, technology, or digital transformation programs.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other business productivity tools.
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple organizations while managing competing priorities.
- Desired Qualifications Master's degree (MBA or related field).
- Experience supporting Department of Defense software programs.
- Familiarity with Agile software development environments.
- Experience supporting cloud-native software, DevSecOps, RMF, or secure software delivery programs.
Compensation
