- Advise clients on travel options offered by our partners and actively participate in sales based on branch traffic and needs.
- Contribute to the optimization of branch operations by handling various administrative and operational support tasks.
- Maintain professional and efficient service during extended business hours to ensure operational continuity and a high-quality customer experience.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and deliver professional, attentive service.
- Team spirit, collaborative attitude, and willingness to support colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- OPC certification required, or commitment to obtain it quickly if required based on the profile.
