Responsibilities
- Perform data input validation and reconciliation for assigned reports, comparing data to source systems and escalating discrepancies for resolution prior to finalization.
- Assist with CIO presentation support and Q&A documentation by compiling accurate data inputs and maintaining organized reference materials.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and audit‑ready documentation of reporting tasks completed, issues identified, and escalations made.
- Competencies Reliable and reporting-disciplined - takes ownership of assigned tasks and consistently delivers accurate, well-organized outputs on deadline.
- Eager to learn - actively seeks to build knowledge of investment reporting channels, data sources, and governance requirements.
- To create a modern and seamless experience, we use artificial intelligence (AI) in parts of our preliminary screening process.
Requirements
- Gain valuable knowledge from and experience with diverse, caring colleagues around the world.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office productivity tools
- experience with Workiva, Aladdin, or comparable reporting platforms a plus.
Compensation
- $66,740.00 - $94,800.00 Annual Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location.
- In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
