About the role
- This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site in our Toronto, Canada office once the development center is established.
- Produce high-quality documentation-new features, release notes, API docs, and more-to guide and educate customers.
- Contribute to and use our writing team's standards, processes, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep product knowledge through researching, partnering with SMEs, using the product, and leveraging your innate sense of curiosity and desire to figure things out.
- Build strong, cross-functional partnerships with designers, developers, and product managers.
- Continuously find ways to integrate AI into our processes to improve quality, drive velocity, and improve both the customer and writer experience.

Requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with tight deadlines and high expectations.
- Experience exploring a customer's problem space and addressing their needs through documentation.
- Experience and/or understanding of DITA/XML and structured authoring.
- Experience using a technical authoring tool, preferably OxygenXML Editor.

- Experience using Git, GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, or other version control and repository hosting technologies.
