About the role
- This is a full-time, fully on-site, non-exempt position based in CARIAN's Somerset, NJ office.

Responsibilities
- Maintain job postings, candidate records, interview activity, and hiring status in the applicant tracking system
- Support preparation and routing of offer letters, hiring approvals, and related documentation
- Enter and maintain new-hire information in recruiting and HR systems
- Maintain accurate and organized recruiting, onboarding, and employee records
- Support career fairs, recruiting events, employee referrals, and university outreach
- Assist the Human Resources team with document collection, employee communications, meeting coordination, training administration, and other HR activities as needed
- Perform other Talent Acquisition and Human Resources coordination duties as assigned

- CARIAN is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, new-hire onboarding, and day-to-day HR coordination.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to learn applicant tracking, HR, and client onboarding systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work from the Somerset, NJ office Monday through Friday
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous recruiting or HR experience is not required.
- The successful candidate must be organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable following up with candidates, employees, managers, and internal teams.

Compensation
- The hourly compensation range for this role is $18-$20 per hour.
- This range represents a good-faith estimate at the time of posting; actual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and business needs.
- This position is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and is not eligible for the Talent Acquisition commission or incentive plan.

- Assist with client-specific onboarding forms, badging requests, employee résumés, certifications, training records, and project requirements
