Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a landscape installation crew on residential and commercial projects
- Train, coach, and develop crew members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
- Greenlife Gardens is seeking an experienced Landscape Install Foreman to lead installation crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Greenlife Gardens' quality standards.
- The ideal candidate is a strong crew leader who understands landscape installation, can read plans, manage labor hours, and communicate effectively with both team members and management.
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage jobsite productivity
- Prior foreman or crew lead experience
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation processes and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and details
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Experience with hardscape installation
- Experience running multiple projects or complex installs
- Coordinate with other departments as required to support project success
Nice to have
- 3 or more years of landscape installation experience, with leadership experience preferred
