About the role
- The HR Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for managers and employees within assigned Commercial business groups, ensuring consistent application of company policies, procedures, and HR practices.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of HR in the administration and execution of HR programs, policies, and initiatives for assigned Lines of Business.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees regarding company policies, employee relations matters, performance management, and general HR inquiries.
- Support performance management processes by monitoring timelines, tracking completion of performance reviews, and assisting managers with process-related questions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within Workday and ensure compliance-related documentation is complete and up to date.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics to support HR operations and business needs.
- Support administration of sales incentive plans through reporting coordination and data validation activities in partnership with Finance and HR leadership.
- Participate in employee onboarding and orientation activities to support a positive employee experience.
- Maintain knowledge of HR best practices, employment regulations, and HR technologies.
Requirements
- Experience with HRIS and talent management systems, preferably Workday.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of HR support experience within a sales or commercial organization preferred.
- Experience with the E-Verify process preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or related software.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- 5-7 years of related HR experience required.
