Responsibilities
- Manage a family law caseload from intake through resolution Conduct client consultations and provide clear, practical legal guidance Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations Maintain consistent communication with clients and case stakeholders Collaborate with paralegals and staff to keep matters progressing efficiently
- This position focuses primarily on divorce, custody, and related family law matters, with exposure to additional areas such as support and protective orders.
- You will manage your own caseload, work directly with clients, and represent matters in court.
Requirements

Compensation
