Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead, manage, and support the team to achieve departmental goals
- and manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance.
- Operations: Monitor work scheduling to maximize Technician efficiency and maintain effective communication across departments.

Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience, including 5 years in a leadership role in an OEM Truck Dealership.
- We also use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to screen applications against the minimum qualifications for this role.
- 310T or Red Seal Equivalent or related experience.
- Strong automotive/truck mechanical knowledge.
- Outstanding communication skills, excellent customer service, and time management.
- G license with a clean driver's record.
- CDK Knowledge (an asset)
