Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Lead, manage, and support the team to achieve departmental goals
  • and manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance.
  • Operations: Monitor work scheduling to maximize Technician efficiency and maintain effective communication across departments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience, including 5 years in a leadership role in an OEM Truck Dealership.
  • We also use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to screen applications against the minimum qualifications for this role.
  • 310T or Red Seal Equivalent or related experience.
  • Strong automotive/truck mechanical knowledge.
  • Outstanding communication skills, excellent customer service, and time management.
  • G license with a clean driver's record.
  • CDK Knowledge (an asset)
