About the role

  • The ADMS Principal Power Systems Engineer is responsible for overseeing the technical execution of Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) projects from planning through cutover.
  • This role acts as the primary technical contact for the customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery for the project.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full ADMS project execution and ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with project goals.
  • Maintain a broad perspective.
  • Manage competing priorities effectively to support project milestones and customer needs.
  • Ensure strict, consistent, complete documentation of variances and resolution plans to support effective collaboration.
  • Lead or participate in workshops, training sessions, and testing events.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical, power systems, or computer engineering.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in project engineering, power systems engineering, software engineering, applications engineering, or systems engineering.
  • Willingness and ability to work at the office in Medina, MN (4 days in-office).
  • Willingness and ability to travel to North American customer sites (up to 25%).

Nice to have

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Technical writing and/or public speaking experience preferred.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $127,000.00 - $158,700.00.
