Responsibilities

- The Business Transformation Communications Manager drives awareness, understanding, adoption, and sustained behavior change for key initiatives across the sales organization.
- This role serves as the communications partner to Sales Operations, Technology & Innovation, Customer Experience, and Sales Support teams, translating business priorities, process changes, technology enhancements, and customer-focused initiatives into clear, actionable communications.
- The role helps sales and support teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to take action.
- Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners, the Business Transformation Communications Manager develops communication plans that support operational excellence, technology adoption, field readiness, and continuous improvement across the customer journey.
