About the role

  • The Field Canvass Van Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of canvassing teams, ensuring efficient transportation and coordination of staff to designated field locations.
  • Key duties include supervising team members, tracking canvassing progress, and maintaining accurate records of routes and activities, reporting to Director of Canvassing.
  • The Van Manager must ensure compliance with company policies, foster a positive team environment, and address any logistical challenges that arise during field operations.

Responsibilities

  • We're hiring a Full time Field Canvass Van Manager to take control and lead a team of canvassers.
  • If you can drive results, manage people, and keep the team performing at a high level every day, this is your role.
  • Florida Window & Door is one of the nation's leading home improvement companies, specializing in premium, impact-resistant windows and doors designed to protect and beautify homes across Florida.
  • This role requires strong organizational skills to manage schedules, maintain vehicle safety, and support canvassers in achieving outreach goals.
  • Maintain a minimum of 3 personal demos per week with a 10-15 HPD per vehicle (hours per demo) · Coach and mentor all team members on all aspects of canvassing after their in-office training period.

Requirements

  • It is the responsibility of the van manager to properly maintain vehicle cleanliness and operation, informing management immediately if there is a vehicle issue, or maintenance is required.

Compensation

  • Salary is $700-$1,000 weekly plus uncapped bonuses.
