About the role

  • Kitting/Decanting (Industrial Solutions) Location Hendersonville, NC This position will be based at the BorgWarner Arden facility in Western North Carolina and will transition to a new facility in Hendersonville, NC.
  • We're now expanding into the high-growth data center market, providing advanced power generation systems for AI-driven data centers and microgrid applications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform light assembly work as needed
  • Maintain quality standards by following proper inspection procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
  • Building trust
  • Team Lead immediately.

Requirements

  • Basic shop math required (decimals, addition, subtraction, fractions).
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to follow instructions, safety rules and regulations.
  • this includes use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

  • High school diploma or GED

Nice to have

  • Experience with inbound receiving or unloading trucks is a plus.

Skills

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail (critical for accuracy)

  • The hourly pay range for this position is $19.96 - $23.28.
