Responsibilities
- Build deep, broad, and trust-based engagements within Key Account organizations
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer priorities, organizational structure, and business environment to maximize sales
- Identify and develop new Key Accounts while growing existing ones
- Develop comprehensive, account-specific business strategies aligned with AbbVie's guidelines and values
- Identify predictive and responsive opportunities to co-develop solutions within Key Accounts
- Proficiently manage overall territory budget and resource allocation
- Maintain a macro view of customer relationships and work cross-functionally to maximize sales results
- Surgical & Technical Support (Xen)
- Provide technical support and guidance for Xen procedures in accordance with the approved Product Monograph and Directions for Use
- Provide product knowledge and technical troubleshooting support specific to device and procedure technique
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of Sales and/or marketing/or head office operational experience
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and/or exceeding business results
- Proven ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally within the company
- Candidate must be fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Experience in Surgical Sales is preferred
- HCP background (Nurse, MD etc ) is preferred

- B.A. or B.S. degree or MBA combination of experience and education required
