About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical issues under the guidance of supervisor
- Support preventive maintenance (PM) activities, including lubrication, adjustments, and component replacement
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation
- Maintain housekeeping standards in work areas and mechanical spaces
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong problem solving, initiative, and knowledge of PC applications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day
- Must be able to stand, bend, crouch, kneel throughout the day, use basic tools, operate a Forklift or ability to learn new maintenance skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Mechanical aptitude and high level of safety awareness
- Interact with all levels of organization, and able to work in a team environment
Compensation
- $45,000 to $60,000 annually, non-exempt + OT.
- Depending on skill(s) and experience higher rate of pay may be considered.
