About the role

• The Associate Vice President of Strategy and Planning is responsible for developing long range goals regarding service opportunities in the Greater Central Illinois service area. Responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with internal and external physician groups, local hospitals, and community organizations. Job Relationships
• Reports to the Chief Strategy Officer Principal Responsibilities - Create strategic relationships in identified markets, understand local healthcare operations, community players and service opportunities. - Direct and execute research, provider communication, and set-up processes of new service opportunities to further secure Springfield Clinic market
