About the role
- Utility companies are navigating one of the most complex digital transformation moments in the industry's history - modernizing mission-critical infrastructure while keeping the lights on.
- As an Enterprise Architect at GE Vernova, you'll sit at the center of that challenge, working directly with utility customers to help them move from transformation vision to concrete, achievable plans.
- This is a senior individual contributor role within GE Vernova's global Enterprise & Solution Architecture team.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality customer-facing deliverables - including strategic roadmaps, business requirements documents (BRDs), and architecture recommendations
- Build and contribute to reusable consulting methods, assets, and playbooks that raise the consistency and quality of strategic engagements across the team
- You'll lead strategic consulting engagements, shape architecture direction, and build trusted relationships that help customers make confident decisions about their digital future.
Requirements
- Significant experience in architecture, consulting, solution strategy, or digital transformation roles
- Broad knowledge of enterprise architecture across business, data, application, and technology domains
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills - with an ability to connect business outcomes to technology strategy
- Experience supporting IT/OT (Operational Technology) integration or transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with topics such as cloud platforms, integration architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and non-functional requirements
- Experience with enterprise data strategy, including data fabric/mesh architectures, semantic modeling (ontologies, knowledge graphs), data governance, data lineage, and data integration across IT/OT environments
Compensation
- For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $127,600.00 and $212,600.00.
