About the role

  • The Foreign Exchange Wire Specialist I is responsible for providing the foreign exchange (FX) wire service to existing and prospective customers while delivering the "IBC Experience".
  • This includes assigned duties in accordance with office procedures.
  • Superior customer service with a "We Do More" attitude is a must.

Skills

  • Strong sales skills.
  • Knowledge of major world currencies and their value in relation to the U.S. Dollar.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Able to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Proficient in computer skills and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and its applications.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Basic math skills and ability to use calculator functions.
  • Analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior sales or office work experience a plus.
