Requirements
- Seven (7) + years of marketing and business development experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services sector.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in marketing, communications, business development, or related field.
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including lunch hour, with flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with four days in the office and one day working remotely from home.
- In Washington, D.C., the expected base salary range for this role is $136,000 to $195,000 per year.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- familiarity with, and willingness to leverage, the firm's AI tools preferred
- and experience with Interaction and Foundation a plus.
- Experience supporting government ‑ facing, regulatory, or public policy ‑ driven practices strongly preferred.

Compensation
- In Washington, D.C., the expected base salary range for this role is $136,000 to $195,000 per year.
