About the role

- Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description The Director of Supply Chain serves as the strategic business partner for a Global Business Unit, leading the end-to-end supply chain to enable profitable growth, exceptional customer experience, and superior financial performance.
- This role is accountable for translating business strategy into supply chain execution by aligning commercial demand, manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and logistics to deliver customer commitments while optimizing working capital, cost, and profitability.
- As the Business Unit's Supply Chain leader, the Director drives enterprise decision-making through an integrated Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, balancing trade-offs across revenue, customer service, inventory, capacity, cost, and risk.
- This leader partners closely with Commercial, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Quality, and IT to ensure supply chain capabilities enable business objectives rather than constrain them.

- Drive business performance by optimizing customer service, inventory investment, material availability, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Partner with Finance to ensure supply chain decisions support financial commitments, margin improvement, and cash flow objectives.
- SIOP Leadership Lead the Business Unit Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process as the primary business operating mechanism.
- Drive scenario-based decision making balancing customer service, revenue, inventory, capacity, and profitability.
- Supply Chain Excellence Develop material availability strategies that improve customer experience while optimizing inventory investment.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience Minimum 10 years of progressive Supply Chain leadership experience.
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Preferred Experience APICS (CPIM or CSCP) Lean Manufacturing Certification Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Experience leading Oracle Fusion, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or similar planning transformations.
- Experience applying advanced analytics, AI/ML, or digital planning technologies within Supply Chain.
- Leadership Competencies Strategic business acumen with the ability to translate supply chain decisions into financial outcomes.
- Executive presence with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
