About the role
- While operating remotely they are ensuring the safety and resolution of issues related to monitoring individuals and the systems in place during the overnight hours.
- They are also responsible for ensuring that systems are working correctly and responding to any events that may arise during the night.
- This role is critical in maintaining smooth operational workflows and delivering quality care to the individuals we serve.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while handling issues.
Requirements
- Experience in Microsoft OS, Apple IOS, & Android platforms required.
- Experience in using applications such as Teams, Ring, Wyze, Word, Outlook, Excel.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Do you have a heart for helping others and a passion for making a meaningful impact?
- Third Shift Availability Required
Nice to have
- Preferred, one year's experience in technology-based work or monitoring.
