About the role
- Dormify is a one-stop-shop for outfitting a college dorm room, home bedroom or small apartment.
- Dormify is looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
- This position reports directly to the VP eCommerce and Marketing and will work closely with the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Act as Brand Storyteller to drive awareness, brand consideration and growth across our audiences and campaigns
- Drive social strategy in providing creative ideation, content creation and execution support
- Oversee Social Marketing and Community Managers, helping lead and facilitate the growth and engagement of social communities
- Develop a strong team, improving current performance and encouraging growth
- Strong interpersonal skills and can interact effectively with business leaders and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years experience in brand marketing, preferably for an eCommerce company
- Ability to work well under pressure and a constant desire to find strategic solutions
- Ability to relocate or is currently located in New York, NY
