About the role

We are hiring for this role into both the Portfolio and Trading teams.
This role will be instrumental in reducing reliance on external vendors and enabling faster, more reliable development cycles through scalable automation and AI-driven testing approaches.
This position sits at the intersection of software engineering, testing strategy, and platform architecture, with a strong emphasis on enabling agentic development loops and minimizing latency and downtime in production systems.

SWE, Testing will design and build advanced test automation platforms that support high-performance, mission-critical systems.
You Will Drive the Following Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation platforms for complex systems
Support agentic/AI-driven testing workflows to accelerate development cycles
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate testing into the SDLC
Working alongside our Trading team are technologists who design, build, and maintain the systems that power execution, data flow, and real-time decision-making across global markets.

Strong computer science fundamentals with 4+ total years of experience in technically rigorous environments holding extremely high bars for their engineers
2+ years of experience in SDET or test architecture roles with an emphasis on true software engineering
Familiarity with low-latency systems and performance optimization

Background with OMS (Order Management Systems) or similar platforms
Experience with distributed systems, data platforms, or financial systems
Experience in financial services, especially trading or portfolio systems
