Responsibilities
- Manage all department operations, including sales, dispatch, pricing, inventory, fleet maintenance, hiring, and training.
- Create and execute marketing plans, internal promotions, goal tracking, and lead generation programs.
- Provide technical support and ongoing coaching to team members.
- Hire, onboard, and evaluate technicians to maintain top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with leadership to generate departmental reports and budgets.
- Respond quickly to service issues, maintain operational uptime, and track inventory and fleet usage.
- Right Way Garage Doors is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Gate & Commercial Service Manager to lead our Commercial Install and Service teams and help take our operations to the next level.

Requirements
- 5+ years of gate/commercial garage door experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on field experience in light commercial garage door service.
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of garage door systems and general home service codes (residential experience a plus).
Compensation
- $80,000 - $120,000 USD
- $80,000 - $120,000+ (Based on Experience & Performance)
- $80,000 - $120,000 per year
