You will work closely with production teams and external contractors to minimize downtime while promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring strict adherence to HACCP standards.
Through precision and ownership, you will play a key role in optimizing facility performance.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, using technical diagrams and strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues independently.
Operational Independence: A self-starter mindset with the organizational skills to manage time and maintenance tasks independently, ensuring minimal production downtime without constant supervision.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with production staff, engineers, and service technicians to solve problems and optimize facility performance.

Proven experience in an industrialized manufacturing environment with a deep working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (up to 480), including pumps, valves, piping, and motors.
Final candidates who are offered a position will be required to undergo a criminal background check and physical/drug testing.

You bring a strong mechanical background with hands‑on experience in pumps, hydraulics, and PLC systems, and can diagnose and resolve complex issues independently.
Comfortable in a physically demanding setting, you are committed to maintaining high quality and food safety standards and will contribute meaningfully to our purpose of feeding the world.
